Do You Offer Vegan/Vegetarian Boards?

Yes, we do! We accommodate nearly all dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, kosher, and more. If you have specific questions about the items included in your board, feel free to reach out via email or include a note in the Dietary Restrictions section of the order form.

Can I Keep a Board in the Fridge Overnight? What is the Lifespan of a Cheeseboard?

We recommend enjoying your board as soon as possible after receiving it. Cheese is best enjoyed at room temperature, but leaving the board out for more than 3-4 hours may cause spoilage.

While it’s possible to refrigerate the board overnight, we discourage it as this can affect freshness and compromise the presentation. For the best experience, plan to enjoy your board shortly after delivery or pickup.

How Far in Advance Should I Order?

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all orders. However, to ensure your order is prioritized and completed just the way you want, we recommend placing your order a few days in advance.

How Far in Advance Should I Book an Event with You?

Our grazing tables are highly sought after and currently booking 6 months in advance. To ensure 4:04 a.m. Kitchen & Katering can be a part of your special day, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.

What Is Your Cancellation and Refund Policy?

We offer full refunds for cancellations made with significant notice. However, as the event date approaches, refunds will be reduced incrementally or may not be available at all for last-minute cancellations.

If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. Thank you for understanding!
